This Julia Child rose bush was gorgeous last year, now it is dying! I thought it was winter kill after the last frost but after cutting off all the dead branches, more of it continues to blacken and the leaves keep shrivelling! Does anyone know what is happening? I don’t see any apparent pests.
Looks like a fungal blight. Prognosis is not good.
