Sweet cabbage... looking for

Years ago I had the sweetest round headed cabbage. It was so good, you could even eat the core! I believe it was called Ruby Perfection. Looking to find a farmer’s stand that sells any kind as long as it is sweet and preferably not tightly layered as in lots of space between the leaves…Suggestions please and many thanks in advance.

I found the correct name. Faro and the seeds came from Johnny’s. Green cabbage.

Now that you raised the topic of cabbage…This year I made Holubtsi or ‘cabbage’ rolls using kale. I used Beira tronchuda kale with cabbage-like leaves. Preparation was easy because the leaves are separate and large. One leaf could be cut into four pieces for rolling. I highly recommend it.
