I have summer bearing raspberries. At the end of the season I cut back all of the canes that bore fruit this year and left the new canes that will produce fruit next year. With our extended summer, these new canes have now produced new berries that I doubt will ripen this year. Should I now cut these canes back to the ground or leave them?
