Which nurseries in the Comox Valley sell native plants?
Streamside Native Plants at 7455 Island Highway
Streamside, just south of Deep Bay, sells natives. See http://www.streamsidenativeplants.com/ or

I’ve never been as they have spotty open hours—and likely worse now. Also, there is a place just south of Nanaimo (closed for now ) that is run by volunteers I think, that I hear is great. https://www.nalt.bc.ca/1_10_native-plant-nursery.html
I haven’t found a local nursery (Comox Valley) that specializes in natives—hopefully someone else will speak up here. Great question!
Streamside plants - good variety, and good information, grown on site.
Stock is online, and you can phone in an order.
Covid variations may be in place, so phone ahead.
Streamside has my vote. Great selection and reasonably priced.
I have purchased lots of good plants at Streamside.
NALT - Nanaimo Area Land Trust- Natural Abundance Native Plant Nursery is a volunteer run nursery, lovely spot, a bit hard to find. Interesting selection when I was there for the first time in March.
Further is Saanich Native Plants I haven’t gone to Saanich,
their website lists and extensive selection Also Fraser’s Thimble Farms on Salt Spring, where I got a some very interesting plants a couple years ago.
Thanks for this…I didn’t realize they had their stock listed online!
Art Knapp sells native plants from time to time, as does Outback. Even though I have not been yet, I think Streamside is the better place to go for selection.
