This is our garlic harvest for this season, it is mainly Elephant Garlic. Something I learned this year is that the scapes of Elephant Garlic don’t do a loop they just grow straight up. I harvested this about 3 weeks ago. I also plant garlic amongst my flowers to keep the pests away.
