Flowering tree identification help

Our neighbour has a 20 foot tree at the edge of their property that the bees just seem to love. It has been flowering for more than a week now. We would like to get some. Could anyone help with me with the identification of it?

Yes, I agree. It is probably an old variety if it is that large. Look on the ground, there may be a seedling, I got one from my neighbours tree.

John Hastie posted a photo of a very similar tree in your first contest. He started from seed five years ago. He has collected seeds to share and may still have some.
