As a lead up to our meeting on Monday, February 23, our speaker, Janis Matson, has provided the following handout:

Janis’ will provide an introduction to selecting urban sized trees with a focus on making tree choices with long-term success and aesthetics in mind. Her hour-long presentation will focus on tree size, form, structure, root development, colour and texture with an emphasis on function and manageability.
