I have some basil I would like to give away. I have made all the pesto we need for this year. Please take it all!

For anyone else with this “problem”, we put leaves in with olive oil and a bit of salt, chop in food processor, then spoon into ice cube trays. When frozen, pop into a plastic bag or container. A basil cube makes an excellent addition to salad dressing mid-winter, can also be added to pretty much any pasta dish.
We just used it to brush on tomatoes we are oven drying (with garlic and pepper added).
