I have a Ponytail Palm which I purchased for 59 cents back in 1976. Needless to say it is a survivor but alas our new home just isn’t providing enough light and it is suffering. I cut it back about 20 years ago and it came out with 2 tops but one definitely is the leader. It could very well be cut right back again and with enough light should would create multiple tops.
