This is one of several Heather shrubs planted when we first moved here. It has finally taken shape.

Heathers are such work horses in the garden. Easy care and beautiful. Do the bees go crazy over it? I have a heather that is absolutely loaded with all kinds of pollinators in the spring.

We have bees and wasps both enjoying the heathers. This one is planted in poor soil in the shade but has tried hard to please!
